Protesters gathered at the Spire on O’Connell Street in Dublin city to raise awareness of the conflict and humanitarian crisis in Sudan. Dr Rania Ahmed, the President of Sudanese Doctor’s Union of Ireland which organised the rally, said the news coming from her country is horrific.
